A brief definition of biodiversity, is all the set of living beings, the atmosphere in which they live and the relation that they keep with other species.
Biodiversity is a contraction of biological diversity. Biodiversity reflects the number, variety and variability of living organisms. It includes diversity within species and between species and within the ecosystem.

Biodiversity is the variability among living organisms from all sources, including terrestrial, marine, aquatic, and ecological
complexes of which they are part. The loss of the biodiversity finds its cause in the acceleration of the climatic change
simultaneously, is a consequence of the human activity.

Global warming represents a profound and emerging threat to biodiversity around the world. It means, that in a global scale, the loss of biodiversity is recognized like one of the most critical environmental problems that the humanity faces at the moment, as we already know, as temperatures rise, habitats for many plants and animals will change, depriving them of the homes and niches to which they have adapted.

The speed with which global warming occurs is critically important for wildlife, and that the accelerating rates of warming we can expect in the coming decades are likely to put large numbers of species at risk.
Species in the higher latitudes of the northern hemisphere, where the warming will be greatest, may have to migrate. Plants may need to move 10 times faster than they did at the end of the last ice-age. Very few plant species can move at rates faster than one kilometer per year, and yet this is what will be required in many parts of the world.[①]

Also it is necessary to conserve botanical diversity of species in zoos, botanic gardens, seeds banks, centers of production of
seeds etc…

We can conclude, the natural species are extinguishing to a greater rate than the one that the natural processes of extension
cause.

WHAT CAN BE DONE
Preserve more critical areas (terrestrial and marine) that harbor unique or unusually high levels of biological diversity, construct corridors between fragmented ecosystems to increase species numbers and preserve genetic diversity, repair damage to ecosystems so that they can once again provide critical services to humans and other constituent species.

Cerezas en los Altos del Golan

El pasear por los Altos del Golan en la primavera, es ante todo un deleite a los ojos para los seres que aman la naturaleza, es una explosion de color y aromas. Estos paisajes atraen a 1,750,000 visitantes anualmente entre turistas israelies y extranjeros que disfrutan de las reservas naturales, de las costas del Kineret (mar de Galilea), las nieves del Monte Hermon en el invierno, lugares arqueologicos y zonas de interes de la historia militar.

Es una zona que en los ultimos 25 anos ha florecido en todos aspectos, quien se hubiera imaginado que en lo que antes eran campos de minas ahora se ven blancos campos de cultivo del algodon, en ves de ver el alambre de puas del pasado, ahora se ven vallas que guardan al ganado, las vacas y las ovejas pastan en los verdes campos, en lo que antes fueron campos de batalla ,ademas de una gran extension de vinedos de los mas altos en calidad mundial, los granjeros cultivan manzanas, peras, cerezas, frambuezas, en la zona norte del Golan, en la zona sur cultivan ciruelas, duraznos, nectarinas, mangos, uvas, bananas y paltas. En general muchas industrias se han desarrollado en el Golan.

El dia domingo 25 de Junio del 2006, a las 05:40 de la mañana, un grupo de 8 terroristas palestinos cruzó la frontera localizada en la zona de la franja de Gaza hacia Israel, a través de un túnel cerca de Kerem Shalom y atacaron una facilidad del ejército israeli dentro del territorio soberano de Israel.

Este grupo que constaba de 8 palestinos armados. Penetró alrededor de cien metros en territorio israelí , estaban divididos en tres grupos. El primer grupo ataco un vehículo blindado que estaba detenido allí. Este estaba vacío así que nadie resulto lastimado. El segundo grupo atacó un puesto del IDF perteneciente los soldados de la patrulla del desierto. Este ataque fue con explosivos y fuego de armas livianas que hirieron a tres soldados israelíes. Al mismo tiempo por lo menos un cohete fue lanzado y tiraron granadas contra un tanque estacionado en el área. En el tanque habia cuatro soldados uno de los cuales , Gilad Schalit. El misil pego en el extremo posterior del tanque que causo la muerte de su comandante y de un soldado adicional. Otro soldado quedo herido. Gilad Schalit, el cuarto soldado en el tanque, fue herido en el hombro y secuestrado del tanque , tomado como rehen por los terroristas que huyeron con el de regreso hacia la franja de Gaza.
Los abductores de Gilad son miembros de las brigadas del al-Qassam -Dinar de Izz (el ala militar del partido que gobierna en la autoridad palestina, Hamas), de los comités populares de la resistencia (que incluye a miembros de Fatah, de Jihad islámico y de Hamas), y del ejército del Islam.
El mismo dia del secuestro, los palestinos declararon que estaban dispuestos a dar información sobre Gilad a cambio de que israel liberara a todas las mujeres palestinas presas en israel y a los presos palestinos por razones de seguridad con 18 años de carcel en prisiones israelíes.
El dia sábado 1 de Julio de 2006, los palestinos exigian que fueran liberados 1000 presos adicionales.
Fijaron dos días de ultimatum o sea 24 horas para que sus peticiones fueran cumplidas. Algunas horas más tarde Israel indicó que no cedería a las demandas de los terroristas.
Al dia de hoy no hay información en cuanto a el bienestar de Gilad .

Cleaning, by the Way…
About cleaning products and their effect in the environment
Women and now also men, clean the house, the garage and the car, by obligation or pleasure. They have a great dilemma because they must choose within an enormous cleaning product range, let's say, for any surface, fabric or object, allowing them to maintain everything clean, even the remote corner of the house , clean clothes with aroma of roses and lavender, or whatever pleases them, but most important of all, the house is hygienically clean and free from germs, insects or rodents.
The consumers face a big product market, but most important to them or the question in demand is: does this product clean? Is efficient? Cleans fast?
But when we go to the supermarket we all should pay attention to the label of each product.
We should be interested in the chemical products they contain; some are aggressive against the dirt and against the environment also!!! If we are a little but suspicious and we pay attention to the warning labels, we can learn that sometimes labels suggest the use of gloves, or warn not to breathe the volatile gases and not to leave them within the reach of children.
Some manufacturers supposedly pay “special attention in taking care of the nature and the environment” and print in their label something as well as: biodegradable and nontoxic, that in fact legally does not have any definition. The manufacturers, generally abstain to mention in their attractive labels, the effect that its product has in the environment, avoid to say it, because the consumers know that once they sent through the drainage the detested dirt with the cleaning product, they are not interested in their majority, in knowing where all this went, what happily they threw by the toilet, the sewer or simply to the sweepings.
But this does not finish in the house backyard, the products that we just used have deep consequences in the environment.
For example: What we call synthetic detergents, generally contain phosphates that come to be a nutrient in lakes and rivers, causing the exaggerated growth of seaweed in them, the excess of seaweed, can impoverish the amount of oxygen in the water, consequently thus killing plants and fish, can produce wild poisons who kill farm animals or animals that drink from this contaminated water. Still more, there are some products that in their label mention to be detergent free of phosphates and that are biodegradable but these even contribute to the contamination of the environment.
To be biodegradable means that such product has the characteristic to break itself in its components, they decompose in such as mineral carbon, water, dioxide and salts and those that help to make this change are bacteria that break the detergent chemically and these bacteria is entailed to an increase its amount. The free phosphate detergents as well have toxic products to break fats.
Biodegradable wastes are important as when landfilled they break down anaerobically to produce biogas. If uncaptured this escapes into the atmosphere and becomes a contributor to global warming
Some solutions and advice:
There are products in the market that do not contaminate the atmosphere and that can compete with many traditional and polluting products in cleaning results, it is necessary to read with attention the labels. Some of these products come as well in reusable, recyclable packages and are environment friendly.
The treatments of waters exist, by means of some water companies, with elevated costs to manage by the countries to free the waters from the phosphates.
Reuse of gray waters, these are the waters that are used in the domestic showers, bathtubs, washing machines, dishwashers etc… for the irrigation of gardens or the use of this water for the toilet.
In order to whiten its ok to use bicarbonate soda, mixed with water or borax to remove the fat.
Ammoniac - Use ammoniac only when other products cannot do the work. Ammoniac or ammonia breaks the fat but it can be dangerous. Its volatile smoke can irritate the eyes and affect the lungs. Do always maintain ventilated the atmosphere where you are using these products and never mix it with other products or launderers.

Some of the products that are not polluting of environment use herbs, lemon, aloe, the coconut, are not allergenic, they are cleaners by nature, still more, are not proven in animals.

Sobre productos de limpieza

y su efecto en el medio ambiente

Las mujeres y ahora tambien los hombres limpian la casa, el garage y el auto, ya sea por obligacion o placer, se encuentran frente a un dilema. Tienen que elegir dentro de una enorme gama de productos de limpieza, ya sea para limpiar cualquier superficie, tela u objeto, lo que les permite mantener todo limpio hasta la mas remota esquina y la ropa limpia y con aroma a rosas, lavanda o lo que mas les plazca, mas importante, la casa queda higienicamente limpia y libre de germenes, insectos o roedores.
Se enfrentan a un enorme mercado de productos donde lo que mas les interesa o la pregunta obligada es : limpia o no limpia este producto? hace el trabajo con eficiencia? lo hace en el minimo del tiempo?.
Pero cuando vamos al supermercado conviene que nos fijemos en la etiqueta de cada producto.
Conviene interesarse en que quimicos contienen, algunos de ellos agresivos contra la suciedad y contra el medio ambiente tambien!!! y si somos un poco mas suspicaces nos fijaremos en la etiquta de advertencia o cuidados, a veces se sugiere usar guantes, se advierte no respirar los gases volatiles y no dejarlos al alcance de menores.
En ultima intancia, algunos fabricantes de estos productos prestan supuestamente "especial atencion en el cuidado de la naturaleza y el medio ambiente" y ponen en su etiqueta algo asi como: biodegradable y no toxico que de hecho legalmente no tienen ninguna definicion. Se abstienen por lo general ,los fabricantes, de mencionar en las atractivas etiquetas, el efecto que tiene su producto en el medio ambiente, evitan decirlo, porque saben que los consumidores una vez que mandaron por el drenaje el producto de limpieza junto con la aborrecida suciedad, no estan interesados en su mayoria, en saber a donde fue a parar eso que felizmente tiraron por el inodoro, por el caño o simplemente a la basura.
Pero esto no termina en el patio trasero de la casa, sino que los productos que recien usamos tienen fuertes consecuencias en el medio ambiente.
Por ejemplo: Los detergentes llamados detergentes sinteticos generalmente contienen fosfatos que vienen a ser un nutriente en lagos y rios causando el crecimiento exagerado de algas en ellos, el exceso de algas, puede empobrecer la cantidad de oxigeno en el agua matando asi en consecuencia plantas y peces, pueden producir venenos que maten animales de granja o animales salvajes que beban de esta agua contaminada. Aun mas, hay algunos productos que en su etiqueta mencionan ser detergentes libres de fosfatos y que son biodegradables pero aun estos contribuyen a la contaminacion del medio ambiente.
Al ser biodegradable quiere decir que tal producto tiene la abilidad de romperse en los quimicos mas simples que lo componen tales como agua, dioxido de carbono y sales minerales y los que hacen este trabajo son bacterias que lo descomponen quimicamente y que conllevaran a un aumento de la cantidad estas bacterias . A su vez los detergentes libres de fosfatos tienen en cambio productos toxicos para romper las grasas.

Las desperdicios biodegradables son importantes ya que cuando se rellena la tierra se rompen en sus componenetes anaerobicoso y producen biogas. Si este gas no es capturado se escapa a la atmósfera y contribuye al calentamiento global

Algunas soluciones y consejos:
Se han fabricado productos que no contaminan el ambiente y que pueden competir con muchos productos de limpieza tradicionales y contaminantes, solo hay que leer con atencion las etiquetas. Es mas, algunos de estos productos vienen a su vez en envases reusables, reciclables o que se descomponen facilmente en el medio ambiente.
Existen tratamientos de las aguas, por medio de las companias de agua, con costos elevados de los paises para lograr retirar los fosfatos.
El re-uso de aguas grises, estas son las aguas que se usan en las duchas domesticas, bañeras, lavarropas, lavavajillas etc... para el riego de jardines o el uso de esta agua para el inodoro.

Para blanquear conviene usar bicarbonato de sosa mezclado con agua o borax para sacar la grasa.
Amonia - Conviene usar amonia solo cuando otros productos no puedan hacer el trabajo. La amonia o amoniaco corta la grasa pero puede ser peligroso. Sus humos volatiles pueden irritar los ojos y afectar los pulmones . Siempre mantener ventilado el ambiente donde se estan usando estos productos y nunca mezclarlo con otros productos o blanqueadores.

Algunos de los productos que no son contaminantes del medio ambiente usan hirbas, el limon, el aloe, el coco, no son alergenicos, son limpiadores por naturaleza, aun mas, no son probados en animales.

Yzhak Rabin nacio en jerusalem en 1922; Estudio en el Colegio de Agricultura Kadoorie donde el se graduo con honores. Se convirtio en politico y general Israeli. Su carrera militar comenzo en 1940 cuando se unio al "Palmah" una unidad de elite de la Haganah. Uno de los desafios mas formidables fue la incursion de Entebbe en 1976, donde el autorizo la operacion de los comandos israelies en el recate de mas de 100 judios rehenes. En Julio 1992, Rabin entro a formar parte en el gobierno numero 25 de Israel , se convirtio en Primer Ministro, Ministro de Defenza, Ministro de Asuntos Religiosos, y Ministro del Trabajo y Asuntos Sociales.Rabin fue uno de los principales personages en el Acuerdo de Oslo de 1993. Como politico ha sido considerado rigido, pero deseoso de comprometerse. Su principal atencion en la seguridad, mas que en la economia de Israel.Rabin junto con Peres y el lider de la PLO Yasser Arafat, recibieron el Premio Nobel de la Paz en 1994. En 1994, firmo un tratado de paz con Jordania, y un acuerdo en 1995 con la PLO para expandir la autonomia palestina. Fue asesinado el 4 de Noviembre de 1995 por un estudiante de leyes, perteneciente a grupos de la extrema derecha.

La Guerra entre Iran e Iraq, las matanzas que se llevan a cabo ahora en Sudan, donde el regimen Arabe Musulman esta masacrando a sus ciudadanos Cristianos, los frecuentes reportages desde Algeria sobre el asesinato de cientos de sus ciudadanos en los pueblos a manos de otros Algerinos , Sadam Hussein invadio Kuwait, y mato a su propio pueblo, Egipto uso gas mortal contra Yemen en los 60’s, Assad el padre mato a miles de sus propios ciudadanos en una sola semana en Hamma , Los Talibanes controlan Afganistan creando una guerra civil y el gobierno tiranico de Libia que volo el avion de Pan Am...........estas son las guerras Musulmanas y la lista es larga...sera que los Musulmanes no saben que es la palabra Paz??. Es esto lo que predica el Koran??
